When walking amongst the vines of Tòrr Estate, we tread on ancient glacial moraine terraces, nestled on the side of the spectacular Pisa Range Mountains in Central Otago, New Zealand. Schist Tors dominate the skyline and look down on a wine growing area rapidly developing a reputation for producing superb cool climate wine.
